Andru Kemp

Head of Player Development/Coach 11u Elite

Known to some as the kid whisperer, Coach Kemp has a way of getting to know each kid and finding ways to help them succeed. Coach Kemp played college baseball at Central Christian College where he lettered three years, was team Captain for two, and was an Academic All American in Center Field.

Coach Danny brings 20 years experience in coaching youth sports. He will often be heard telling the boys to beat themselves and to get better everyday. These are just reminders of his philosophy on continuous improvement and growth..

Ryan Solis

CO-HC 8u Prime/Asst. Coach 10u National/Director Player Relations

Coach Solis has been with us since the beginning. He focusses on player development and trusting the process. As a Cannon parent, he has seen how the process builds ballplayers.

Kevin DeWeese

Asst. Coach 8u National/Director of GSD

Coach DeWeese has several years of coaching youth sports and has a great approach with the kids, holding them accountable while at the same time providing support. He has been a great addition to the team. In addition to his work on the field, we count on coach DeWeese to help keep the organization afloat. Without his help support we would be lost.

Jeremy Ruth

Jeremy joined the Cannons two years ago as head coach of our National team playing at CPYL. He has led multiple teams and continues to add value throughout the organization, helping out wherever he is needed. Jeremy brings years of coaching experience with him along with experience playing sports at a college level.

Jose Rodriguez

CO-HC Cannons Prime, Assistant Coach 10u American

Coach Jose has been with Cannons for a few years now. He led the Little Cannons all the way to graduation and becoming Cannons Prime. Jose has done a great job with these little guys. In addition to head coaching the Little Cannons, Jose also helps out on 10u National and, like all other Cannon coaches, wherever he is needed. We are really happy to have coach Jose with us.

Brian Marroquin

Asst Coach 12u Elite

Coach Marroquin has an extensive background in baseball. He played growing up and through high school as a super utility player. He went on to play four years at Central Christian College. In college he focused in on the corner infield positions. He has helped tremendously with our catchers and corner infield defense.

David Sappington

HC 8u Cannons National

Coach Sappington is in his second season with the Cannons. He brings lots of baseball experience including a stint as a relief pitcher for the University of Texas Longhorns (Hook'em). Coach Sappington focuses on getting the kids better while providing a fun atmosphere. His team has become the, self-proclaimed, Crazy Cannons as they wear different colored uniforms and generally have a lot of fun.
